1. What WalletShield Provides

WalletShield provides on-chain counterparty risk monitoring tools, including wallet and address risk checks, reports, alerts, summaries, and related informational services based on public blockchain data and other available risk signals.

2. What WalletShield Does Not Do

WalletShield does not:

• custody or control digital assets,
• access private keys or seed phrases,
• execute blockchain transactions on your behalf,
• move funds,
• guarantee that any wallet, address, or transaction is safe, compliant, or risk-free,
• provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Any report, score, or alert is informational only and should not be treated as a guarantee or official determination.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any decisions you make based on the information provided. You must use the Services lawfully and independently verify important conclusions before taking action.

4. Public Data and Third-Party Sources

WalletShield relies in part on public blockchain data and third-party infrastructure or data sources. We do not control those systems, and data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate the law,
• infringe the rights of others,
• interfere with or disrupt the Services,
• misuse, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform,
• facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access if your use creates legal, technical, or security risk.
